Orders

All orders are subject to stock confirmation. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES), VAT inclusive, and may change without notice.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash on delivery (Nairobi only, on approval). Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Pumps must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the pump was faulty on arrival.

Liability

Submersible Pumps Kenya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including water-system downtime, arising from pump failure. Direct liability is limited to the pump purchase price.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
