Warranty Policy
Every pump we sell carries the full manufacturer warranty, plus our own commitment to honest after-sales support.
What's covered
All pumps include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Premium brands such as Grundfos and Lorentz may carry longer terms - check the product page.
Cover includes manufacturing defects in the motor, hydraulic assembly and seals.
What's not covered
- Damage from dry running (always install a dry-run sensor).
- Burnt motor due to incorrect voltage / phase or missing overload protection.
- Sand or silt damage from un-screened boreholes.
- Damage caused by incorrect cable sizing or DIY rewiring.
How to claim
- WhatsApp us at +254 701 374 079 with your order number.
- Describe the fault and share photos / a short video.
- Return the pump to our Nairobi office for inspection.
- Repair, replacement or refund is confirmed within 7 business days.
